Our ISO 9001 quality management system allows us to effectively monitor our processes, improve the quality of our products and services. In addition to the requirements of ISO 9001, KTT strives to implement and adhere to the principles described in IATF 16949. We identify, apply and monitor the requirements described therein and ensure compliance.

KTT-t is known worldwide for its high quality products and services. We apply the most effective quality techniques from design to manufacturing processes, from supplier supervision to after-sales service. To highlight some of the quality techniques we use:

Quality control at KTT

Throughout our product manufacturing processes, we continuously test the quality of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, using our excellent specialist staff and applied testing equipment and procedures. Among others:

• AQL incoming goods control;
• Product conformity certificates and inspection reports;
• In-process inspection;
• Automated sensor-based parameter monitoring on main production equipment;
• 3D optical and tactile measuring equipment;
• 100% final inspection.
