3D measurement
From May 2021, KTT will start using a new state-of-the-art 3D CMM measuring machine from MicroVu.
Unlike the previous machine, the new one will be able to perform measurement tasks fully automatically. And not only with an optical sensor, but also with a touch probe, which can automatically pick the different probes from the magazine.
In addition to reducing measurement times by an order of magnitude (from 10 minutes to approximately one and a half minutes for a typical product measurement), the 400x400 plate also offers a solution for measuring parts larger than 200 mm in diameter.
This is the most significant development in the last 10 years in the field of quality at KTT.
KTT Sealing Technologies is currently the only manufacturer of sealing elements in Hungary that offers a wide range of sizes for all types of oil seals made of all widely used elastomer materials.
Our main activities are the production of oil seals as well as, the wholesale and retail sale of oil seals, O-rings, hydraulic seals, mechanical and technical assembly goods.
